Why I am getting a message, Device ID /UserID “XXXXXX” already present?

You will get this message while installing Cellica Database (Personal/Enterprise Edition) when installation for the same Device ID (Personal Edition) or the same User ID (Enterprise Edition) is already present on some PC or Device with this ID is added in Enterprise edition and the user is trying to install Personal Edition for the  same Device ID.

Please make sure installation for the same Device ID or User ID is not exists on other PC. If yes then uninstall it from previous PC. If you still face the problem then please mail us at support@cellica.com.
