Does Cellica Database (Wi-Fi) needs any specific settings prior syncing?

Please confirm that Cellica Database are trying to connect with from your device application is installed on computer that is on same local network as your device.
To sync data on Cellica Database Wi-Fi application with mobile devices, It is necessary that required port is open on your Windows PC where Cellica Desktop component is installed.
If you have a firewall enabled on your PC, please ensure that you have added required port in your Firewall. Default Ports for Cellica Database WiFi are: For Personal edition: 8585 and Enterprise edition:8787.
Allow this port to be open for Relay node executable which is “CellicaDBWFRelayNode.exe” for Personal Edition and “ECellicaDBWFRelayNode.exe” for Enterprise Edition. This Relay node Executable is available in “Desktop Files” Folder on installation path.
Please follow the steps below to communicate Cellica Database on iPhone and your computer.
1. User has to use similar IP and Port available on his computer in iPhone side Preferences.
2.Open the Cellica Database (Wi-Fi) on iPhone and tap on the Preferences of Cellica Database.
3.Now Tap on "Desktop IP:Port" Option available in"Data Synchronization Setting".
4.Enter IP and Port shown in desktop application in Server Information. Here confirm that "Personal"option is selected and then Enter IP and Port. Please confirm what IP and Port has been shown in desktop application.
5.Now you are ready to use Cellica Database, From home screen of Cellica Database you have synchronize with desktop. Before syncing, please confirm that you have created profile and forms in desktop application from Profile Manager and Form Manager.
Try to sync from device, if problem occurs then follow the steps given below to make sure that the firewall port is opened correctly.
