Why I am getting "Please check internet connection" message whlie installing Cellica Database?

Please confirm following points for fixing this issue.

  • Check your internet connection

    Make sure your internet connection is working properly and you are able to browse web on your PC.

  • Check Proxy Server Settings

    If you are using inernet connection through proxy server then check and set proper proxy settings for your PC. Cellica Database installer allows to specify         proxy settings on internet connection checking page. Please make sire you entered those settings properly.

  •   Block connection to Third Party Server/WebSites by Network Administrator

    Confirm with your network administrator that if they allow connection to third party websites. If not then please contact us to check for websites we need to access while installing Cellica Database application.

In any other case please send us Installation logs files in "Program Files" folder on your PC. Following is a list of logs name according to application types.

Cellica Database Anywhere
Personal Edition: CellicaDBAnywhereInstall.log
Enterprise Edition: ECellicaDBAnywhereInstall.log

Cellica Database (WiFi)
Personal Edition: CellicaDBWiFiInstall.log
Enterprise Edition: ECellicaDBWiFiInstall.log

Cellica Database (Internet)
Personal Edition: iPhoneWDBVPlusInstall.log
Enterprise Edition: CWDBVPlusInstall.log
